longfu Terms and Conditions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the longfu website accessible at https://longfu.onl and all services contained within it.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the longfu platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a user to access longfu services.
• "Transaction" covers all deposit, withdrawal, wagering and fund transfer activities on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any financial incentive or credit offered by longfu to members based on specific conditions.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, software, games, audio and visuals found on the longfu platform.

The longfu platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for each payment method without exception.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within one hour from the time the request is received and verified.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering before a withdrawal is processed in accordance with the applicable terms.

longfu reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of an identity card or MyKad) before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

longfu offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer.

General rules relating to bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless stated otherwise.
• All wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and action against the account.
• longfu reserves the right to change, withdraw or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted directly to cash.

The longfu VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each providing weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively. Progression through the VIP tiers depends on a member's activity and loyalty on the platform.

All wagering and games conducted through the longfu platform must comply with the specific rules for each game or sports market. General rules that apply to all game categories are as follows:

• Confirmed game results are final and cannot be disputed after the session ends.
• Any wager placed after a result is known is invalid and may be cancelled.
• The use of automated software, bots or third-party tools for wagering is strictly prohibited.
• Wagers placed during a technical disruption may be cancelled depending on the circumstances.

For sports and local league games such as the Malaysia Super League, official results from the relevant sports authority will be used as the basis for settlement. For special cases such as match postponements or cancellations, specific rules will be stated on the platform at the relevant time.

longfu users are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform comply with the rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or managing an account on behalf of someone else, or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of platform system vulnerabilities.
• Using funds obtained illegally for deposit activities on the platform (money laundering).
• Spreading false or misleading information about the longfu platform to the public.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions.
• Colluding with other users to exploit the longfu bonus system or payment system.

The security of user accounts is a priority for longfu. Users are required to take the following steps to protect their accounts:

• Choosing a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not sharing your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Reporting to the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

longfu will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

To the extent permitted by applicable law, longfu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical failures beyond longfu's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any delays in transaction processing due to third-party issues such as banks or payment processors.

longfu operates under international licensing and provides a gambling platform as an entertainment service for adults. The platform does not guarantee winnings, and users should be aware that gambling involves the risk of losing money.

longfu reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Confirmation of identity falsification or submission of false information during registration.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time through customer support channels. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once all wagering requirements and identity verification have been completed.

• Use of the longfu brand name in a context that is misleading or that damages the company's reputation is prohibited.
• Any intellectual property violation may result in legal action.

longfu reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. All changes will be communicated to users via:

• Notices displayed on the main page or relevant sections of the platform.
• Email to the address registered by the user.
• Notifications in the user's account upon login.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect means the user accepts and agrees to those changes. If you do not agree, please contact our support team to discuss available options, including account closure.
